We have a network of hotels and guest houses offering a friendly welcome to all
walkers.
But as we are sure you will appreciate we have no control over their booking terms
or deposits and as such there will be fees to pay if you cancel
you are advised to book early as accommodation can be scarce at busy times
through the year.
DEPOSITS
If you are booking a week or more walking we require a deposit of
£75.00 per person PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.
And full payment must be received six weeks before the start of your holiday
if you have to cancel and you let us know 6 weeks before the start of your holiday
there will be no cancellation fee.
If you have to cancel after 6 weeks there is a cancellation fee of 25% of your total
holiday balance
if you have to cancel 16 days or later before the start of your holiday there is a
cancellation charge of 75% of your total holiday cost.
